"content": "Shipping Last updated 1 September 2026. Where we deliver We deliver right across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery times are the same wherever you are. What delivery costs Delivery is free on orders of £75 or more. Below that, a flat £25 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step. There is one delivery service. We do not offer an express or next day option, so there is no faster tier to pay for. How long it takes Orders are picked and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving. Our delivery partners Tracking Every order is sent tracked. You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not have a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then. Once you have your number you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page. Separate parcels Items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If part of an order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it. Questions before you order If you need an order by a particular date, email us at theteam@customersupport.care before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.",

"content": "Refunds and Returns Last updated 1 September 2026. If you change your mind You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This shop gives you 15 days, which is our own policy on top of that right. There is no cancellation fee and no handling fee. Email us at theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will tell you where to send it. You pay the return postage when you have simply changed your mind. Use a tracked service, because until it arrives back it is your parcel. Sealed food Treats are sealed for hygiene. Once a bag has been opened it cannot be returned, which is the sealed goods exception in regulation 28(3)(a) of the 2013 Regulations. An unopened bag can be returned in the normal way. The squeaky toy is not food and is not covered by that exception. It can be returned unused in its original packaging. If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered That is a separate and stronger right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and it is not limited to 14 or 15 days. Tell us as soon as you can and send a photograph if the parcel arrived damaged. We pay the return postage and you can ask for a replacement or a refund. Cancelling before it ships Contact us with your order number as soon as you can. Most orders are picked within 24 hours, so the sooner the better. There is no charge for cancelling. How refunds are paid Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, and we process them within 24 to 48 hours of the goods arriving back. Your bank then takes its own few days. What we need from you Your order number, or the confirmation email. The goods in their original packaging, unopened in the case of food. A tracking number for the return, so we can both see where it is. Still not sorted? Our complaints policy sets out how to escalate, and none of this affects your statutory rights.",

"content": "Privacy Policy Last updated 1 September 2026. Who the controller is Pig Ears Company UK, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, is the controller for personal data collected through pigears.co.uk. You can reach us at theteam@customersupport.care . What we collect, and why When you order: your name, delivery address, email address and what you bought. We need this to take payment, send the parcel and deal with returns. The legal basis is performance of the contract. When you email us: whatever you put in the email, so we can answer it. When you use the site: analytics, but only if you accept them in the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it from the cookie settings link in the footer. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to profile you. Payment details Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. Your card number never reaches this site and is never stored by us. Those companies are separate controllers for the payment data they hold. Who else sees your data The courier, which needs your name and address to deliver the parcel. Our email provider, which sends the order confirmation and the tracking email. Our hosting and order-recording providers, which store the order record. Some of these process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer relies on the UK international data transfer agreement or an adequacy decision. Cookies The site sets one cookie to remember your cookie choice and, if you accept, analytics cookies. Your basket is kept in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers. See the cookie policy . How long we keep it Order records are kept for six years, because tax law requires it. Emails are kept for two years. Analytics data is kept for the period set in the analytics account and is not linked to your order. Your rights Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, ask for it in a portable format, and object to processing. Email theteam@customersupport.care and we will answer within one month. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113. Our UK administration office and our registered address are both on the contact page . Using this site You may use this site to browse and to buy. You may not copy, republish or resell its content, images or product copy, and you may not use it to do anything unlawful or anything that interferes with it working for other people. You need to be 18 or over to place an order. Orders Adding something to your basket is not a contract. The contract is formed when we accept your order, which is when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full. We may refuse or cancel an order where the price or description was obviously wrong, where the goods are unavailable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. Prices and payment All prices are in pounds sterling and are the price you are charged. Delivery is shown separately in your basket before you pay: free over £75, otherwise £25. Payment is by card or PayPal through a secure checkout, and your card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach this site. Delivery See the shipping page . In short: one service, 5 to 7 days after 24 to 48 hours of handling, tracked, UK wide. Cancelling and returning See refunds and returns . You have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and this shop gives 15 days. Sealed food that has been opened is the one exception. Product information We describe our products as accurately as we can. Natural products vary: pig ears are a natural item and no two are identical, so weights and sizes are averages rather than guarantees. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Treats are complementary and are not a meal. If you have a question about your own dog's health or diet, ask your vet. Your statutory rights Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where anything here conflicts with those rights, those rights win. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts. Changes We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.",
