Limited Liability and Indemnity
Last updated 1 September 2026.
What we do not limit
Nothing on this page limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that goods be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. UK law does not allow those to be excluded, and we do not try to.
What we do limit
Outside those, our liability to you for any one order is limited to the price you paid for the goods that the claim relates to, plus the delivery you paid on them.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for delays caused by a courier, by weather or by anything else outside our reasonable control.
Using the products sensibly
Pig ears are a chew. Give one under supervision and take it away when it becomes small enough to swallow whole. They are high in fat and they are complementary, so they belong alongside a balanced diet rather than in place of part of one.
The squeaky toy is a soft play toy, not an indestructible chew. Check it over and retire it once a seam opens.
Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your dog has a health condition, a sensitive stomach or a known intolerance, ask your vet before introducing anything new.
Indemnity
If you use this site or our products in a way that breaks these terms or the law, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it. This does not apply to anything caused by us.
Website information
We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date. Natural products vary, so weights and sizes are averages. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
