Where we deliver

We deliver right across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery times are the same wherever you are.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of £75 or more. Below that, a flat £25 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

There is one delivery service. We do not offer an express or next day option, so there is no faster tier to pay for.

How long it takes

Orders are picked and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not have a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your number you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate parcels

Items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If part of an order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it.
