Our Team
We are a small team and the same people answer the email, chase the couriers and deal with returns. There is no ticket queue you have to get past.

- A complaint: the complaints policy sets out what happens and when.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on your dog's health or diet. That is a question for your vet, and we would rather say so than guess.
